These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of this website and the purchase of steel products from Advance Steel Corporation ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), a steel trader and distributor operating across Saurashtra and Kutch, Gujarat (GSTIN: 24AADFA8293N1Z1). By accessing this website, contacting us, or placing an order, you ("the customer", "buyer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Business

Advance Steel Corporation acts as a trader and distributor of steel products including TMT bars, MS pipes and tubes, steel coils and sheets, structural steel, angles, channels, binding wire and mesh. We source these products from mills and authorised suppliers and resell them to contractors, fabricators, dealers and industries.

3. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes to help customers learn about our products, service area and contact details. While we try to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content, images or descriptions are free of errors at all times.

4. Products, Specifications & Pricing

All product descriptions, sizes, grades and specifications shown on this website are indicative and provided for general information only.
Actual products supplied will conform to standard mill specifications, IS codes (where applicable), and any specific requirements confirmed at the time of order.
Prices for TMT bars, pipes, sheets, coils, angles, channels and other steel products fluctuate with raw material and market conditions. Prices shown, quoted verbally, or discussed are subject to change and will be confirmed in writing or verbally at the time of order confirmation.
Minor variations in weight, size or finish within standard industry tolerances shall not be considered a defect.

5. Enquiries, Quotations & Orders

Enquiries made through this website, phone, or in person are not binding orders until confirmed by our sales team.
Quotations provided are valid for a limited period as communicated at the time, after which prices may be revised due to market conditions.
An order is considered confirmed only once both parties agree on product, quantity, price, payment terms and delivery details, whether verbally, in writing, or via invoice/order acknowledgement.
The Company reserves the right to accept, modify, or decline any order at its discretion, including due to stock unavailability or pricing changes.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms (advance, partial advance, credit period, or full payment before/at delivery) will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
Any credit facility extended is at the sole discretion of the Company and may be withdrawn or revised at any time.
Delayed payments may attract interest or affect future order processing, as may be communicated by our team.
All applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per prevailing rates and shown on the invoice.

7. Delivery & Transportation

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to transport availability, weather, road conditions, mill dispatch schedules, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery is generally arranged across Saurashtra, Kutch and surrounding regions; delivery to locations outside our standard service area may involve additional cost or time and will be discussed separately.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk in the goods (including risk of damage, loss, or shortage during transit) passes to the buyer once goods are dispatched from our premises or the supplying mill/warehouse.
The customer or their representative should be available to receive and inspect the goods at the time of delivery.

8. Quality, Inspection & Claims

Products are supplied as per standard mill specifications and applicable industry standards.
The customer should inspect the goods at the time of delivery for visible damage, shortage, or mismatch with the order.
Any complaint regarding quality, quantity, or specification mismatch must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs, invoice details and a description of the issue.
No claims will be entertained for goods that have been used, processed, cut, welded, installed, or otherwise altered after delivery.
Where a claim is found valid, resolution (replacement, credit note, or other remedy) will be at the discretion of the Company.

9. Returns & Cancellations

Since steel products are often cut, sourced, or arranged specifically for an order, cancellations after order confirmation may not always be possible, especially once dispatch has begun.
Goods once delivered, accepted and/or used cannot be returned, except where a genuine quality issue is reported within the timeframe specified above and verified by us.
Any approved return or replacement will be subject to terms communicated by our team on a case-by-case basis.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from the supply of goods shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in question. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, project delays, or third-party claims, arising from the use, installation, or resale of products supplied.

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, mill shutdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Intellectual Property

The content, design, layout, graphics and branding on this website belong to Advance Steel Corporation and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any transaction with the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat.
